CANCELLATION POLICY: On
weekly rentals, if you provide at least 30 days advance notice, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. If notice is not
given 30 days in advance, we reserve the right to retain the amount of your advance rental - usually 50% of the entire rental.
Three-night rentals (our minimum) must provide 72 hours notice or we reserve the right to charge the full amount of expected
rent. When 72 hours advance notice is provided, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
